Hello Friends and happy Monday!

I normally don’t like Mondays, I mean they come every week and I really should make peace with them but ew, I would just rather not have Monday part of my lineup. I know that’s unreasonable and that would mean Tuesday would be the same as Monday now is, but honestly it’s not a rational feeling I have about Monday. I’m sorry I just can’t let it go LOL (I really like the weekend to be honest-don’t we all?)

Anyway, I’m doing more CLOSET SHOPPING!! YAY!

This week I have some inspiration from a fellow IG fashion boss babe @oysterstopearls- Shannon, some time ago wore this gorgeous blue cardigan and I was in love! I looked up on LTK and she did not link the cardigan (it was lovely, trust me)….

And then I realized DUH I have a frosty blue cardigan (duster actually) that I don’t wear often enough and it’s so pretty and velvety and soft (all the reasons I gave hubs when I bought it at Nordstrom Rack last year (or year before?). And I got so excited to wear it in a new way! This is the fun of closet shopping! It’s as if I’m wearing new clothes when I wear something I haven’t wore for awhile, plus it’s very economical! 😉

So I paired my duster with a black long sleeve top, black leggings, my two year old OTK Macy’s black boots, a black and silver choker (it’s from Chicos- one of my older items-it’s a four piece necklace set. You can wear the choker with three other strands or wear each on it’s own, so fun) and I added my leopard bag for that ooh baby pop!

All of these items are older in my closet yet fun and trendy and I’ve got lots of compliments today. Try out shopping your closet, you will not regret!
